Persuasion- A Debating Game

A Debating Game that uses Rhetorical Strategies.

The idea was to develop a game around debating for kids eventually asking them to think on their argument.

There are 52 cards inside to argue against.
Roll the two dice together and pick a card from the deck. Based on the dice with letters I and R you will know what side you have to argue from.
I stands for Inversion and R stands for regular.
Second dice descde the strategy you have to use to convince the other person.
E- Ethos. It means using the emotions to persuade the other person.
P- Pathos. It means using authority to engage in factual argument
L- Logos. It means using the logical argument.
The cards have three categories: Life, School and Education, Funny
The Rhetorical Strategies take away the control of the argument whether emotional or logical and push the person to think in a particular direction probably outside their comfort zone.
The cards consists of statements an not questions because the other dice tells the player what motion to argue against. This too takes away the control from choosing a favorable side that one might have a bias for pushing them to think in new boundaries.
